Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find the best seat!

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal. Please do not wear white or ivory. No jeans or denim please.

Examples include suits or sport coat and dress pants, formal jumpsuits and dresses.

Due to the limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

While we love to watch children run and play this is an adults only kind of day! We hope you take the opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other or enjoy a night out to yourself. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

The parking lot at the country club is a long walk from the ballroom so we have arranged for valet service. Just pull up to the front door! The valet will take it from there.

The ceremony will take place on a covered patio and the cocktail hour & reception are indoors.

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras) to allow our paid photographer and videographer the opportunity to do their best work. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say I do. We promise to share the professional photos! Before the ceremony, during cocktail hour and during the reception snap away! We are actually going to provide a QR code on every table so that everyone can share their photos!

Yes! Drinks are on us! Please be sure to tip the bartenders :)
